Catherine Goh, General Manager of Santan, said, "At Santan, we are committed to continuously innovating and enhancing our offerings to delight our valued guests. Our Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak is loved not only by Malaysians but by travelers everywhere. Last year, we introduced Pak Nasser's Plant-Based Nasi Lemak, which has been well-received and continues to be one of the best-selling items on our menu. Additionally, in 2022, we delighted food lovers with a unique dessert for a limited time – the ‘Nasi Lemak Ice Cream,’ which became a sensation! With our new Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak Double Special, we aim to enhance the inflight dining experience and uphold our reputation as the provider of the best Nasi Lemak, both on the ground and in the skies.”
Guests are encouraged to pre-book their meals to ensure availability and priority service. As always, all of airasia’s Santan meals are Halal certified, produced, and packed hygienically, adhering to stringent food safety standards.
