ARTICLE I. AGREEMENT AND DEFINITIONS

2.1. Content Warranties: You represent and warrant that all Content submitted:

• Is factually accurate, current, and free of false, misleading, or deceptive claims.
• Does not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including securities or FTC regulations).
• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Is submitted by an individual or entity with full legal authority to distribute the information.

2.2. Prohibited Submissions: You shall not submit any Content that is libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or intended to harass or injure any person or entity. Submissions solely for SEO purposes or those containing excessive promotional language without genuine news value may be rejected.

2.3. Fraudulent Activity: Submission of falsified documents, information, or content (including, but not limited to, undisclosed stock promotion) is strictly prohibited. Edgenewswire reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and bar future access if fraudulent behavior is detected.

2.4. Editorial Review and Right to Reject: Edgenewswire reserves the absolute right to review, edit, reject, or remove any Content at any time, before or after distribution, if We determine, in Our sole discretion, that the Content violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate for Our Network. This decision is final.

3.3. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify Edgenewswire immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

4.2. No-Refund Policy: All fees paid for Services are non-cancelable and non-refundable. You acknowledge that costs are incurred immediately upon processing and editorial review.

4.3. Refund Policy Exceptions: No refunds, credits, or future service reinstatements will be provided under any circumstances, including:

• Client changing their mind after purchase.
• Content being rejected due to non-compliance with the editorial guidelines in Section 2.
• Content being removed by third-party media outlets after successful initial distribution.
• Termination of service due to Client's violation of these Terms, including fraudulent activities.

ARTICLE V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSING

5.1. Client Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in the Content.

5.2. License Grant: By submitting Content, You grant Edgenewswire and its third-party partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to reproduce, distribute, display, and publish the Content for the purpose of fulfilling the Services.

5.3. Edgenewswire Property: The design, appearance, graphics, software, and proprietary distribution methodology of the Edgenewswire website and Services are the property of Edgenewswire and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
