-- PARKTOWN Residence, the largest residential and lifestyle development integrated with a transportation hub in Singapore, will open for public previews from 7 February 2025, with sales booking on 22 February 2025, joint developers UOL Group Limited (UOL), Singapore Land Group Limited (SingLand) and CapitaLand Development (CLD) said today. The project is a 50:50 joint venture between UOL-SingLand and CLD.
