Snowmaking Investment
Thredbo Resort continues to strive to improve their offering, making significant developments to their snow-making fleet with the purchase of a new ‘All-Weather Snowmaking Unit’, the first of its kind in New South Wales. The Demac Lenko SnowPRO 260 is designed to produce up to 260m³ of snow per day in temperatures up to 20°C. This, combined with traditional snow making, will have a major positive impact on Thredbo Resort’s ability to ensure great snow coverage in their beginner area on Friday Flat.
