This year, Thai Union is expanding opportunities across seven key functions, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Engineering; Manufacturing – Production, and Planting and Quality Assurance, to support the Company’s growth. The program aims to identify top talent for a competitive, fast-track leadership pathway, offering a launchpad to a fulfilling career. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, 0-2 years of working experience, and be fluent in English.
The Thai Union Management Associate Program is a three-year accelerated development program. It includes six-month rotational assignments across various functions to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business. Following the first 18 months in Thailand, candidates will embark on 18 months to two years on international assignments, aligned to a specific function. Successful candidates will commence their roles in May 2025.
