In true Chadstone style, the Grand Opening of The Market Pavilion will see the precinct erupt into lively festivities and retailer giveaways that celebrate the tastes of The Market Pavilion and the ultimate pantry, from the everyday to the gourmet. Offerings include.

• The Oakleigh Doughnut Co. will be introducing their limited edition 24K gold donut, exclusive to The Market Pavilion. Available for four days only from Thursday, 27 March to Sunday, 30 March 2025. The edible 24k gold leaf donut will retail for $100 with all proceeds going to My Room Children’s Cancer Charity. The Oakleigh Donut Co will also be giving away 1,000 donuts a day to the first customers from Thursday, 27 March to Sunday, 30 March 2025.
• Amalfi to celebrate their opening, shoppers will receive a small tub of Amalfi Napoli sauce with any purchase of their 1kg fresh, plain pasta. Valid from Thursday, 27 March to Thursday, 10 April 2025.
• Caffe Ducale enjoy a complimentary sample of specialty coffee beans with every coffee beverage purchased from Thursday, 27 March to Thursday, 1 May 2025.
• Hommey from Thursday, 27 March to Sunday, 30 March 2025, Hommey will be giving away 25 complimentary robes to the first 25 customers daily.
• VIC’s Butcher & Deli are offering customers their chance to win free meat for a year. To enter, scan the in-store QR code with any purchase made. The winner will be announced on Thursday, 1 May 2025.
• Bakers Delight are offering a free hi-fibre lo-GI lunch box roll six pack, with any purchase of hot cross buns six pack from Thursday, 27 March to Sunday, 30 March 2025.
