Charging ahead with festive joy and a spirit of renewal, CapitaLand is proud to present the Carousel of Prosperity at CapitaLand Malls — a dazzling Chinese New Year installation making its first stop at Funan (L1 Atrium) from 22 January to 8 February, before trotting over to Westgate (L1 Courtyard) from 9 to 22 February.
Shining the spotlight on a striking rotating horse carousel, the Carousel of Prosperity comes to life with mesmerising Chinese New Year decor and photo-worthy zones designed to make sure everyone has plenty of cheerful moments and wonderful memories to capture. As the celebration unfolds across the campaign period, shoppers can also look forward to a trove of rewarding CapitaStar experiences, festive performances, and celebratory activities — all coming together to usher in prosperity, blessings, and auspicious beginnings for the year ahead.
A PLAYFUL ODE TO CHINESE NEW YEAR: CAROUSEL OF PROSPERITY
The Carousel of Prosperity presents a visually rich festive installation that captures the energy and optimism of the Year of the Fire Horse. Featuring horses in bold shades of red, green, blue, and yellow, the carousel captivates with its sense of motion and colour. These hues symbolise abundance, harmony, growth, and renewal, while surrounding elements — which include hanging golden fortune coins, sculptural clouds, and lucky stars — evoke blessings and hopes for a bright start.
Embark on a thrilling hunt for the Fortune QR codes hidden throughout the installation! As you explore, these codes offer you the chance to uncover exciting STAR$® rewards. Simply enter the reward code <CAROUSEL> in the CapitaStar app and scan the Fortune QR codes you find around the Carousel of Prosperity and photo installations using the eVoucher via the CapitaStar app. Be in for a delightful surprise, with rewards of up to 88,000 STAR$® to be unlocked! Set against vibrant firework-inspired motifs that radiate celebration and cheer, pose alongside the Scarlet Prosperity Horse as you welcome blessings and prosperity for the new year ahead!
The festive storytelling continues with a trio of thematic standees, each offering its own auspicious message. The duo Prosperity Horses standee represents a joyful symbol of prosperity and harmonious blessings. Followed by a playful hoofed-friend holding a red packet, playfully nodding to wealth, generosity, and the sharing of good fortune. Completing the trio is a spirited steed riding atop a koi, crowned with a golden ingot that serves as a spirited emblem of abundance, success, and prosperity flowing into the new year.
