(Chairman Kawamoto delivering remarks at the opening ceremony)
NX Taiwan has situated this new logistics hub within the Tainan Sinshih Logistics Park developed by Uni-President Enterprises Group, Taiwan's largest food and distribution conglomerate. The site boasts excellent access to the expressway network and major industrial parks, coupled with the geographical advantage of proximity to the Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP), a hub for semiconductor-related companies. Utilizing the park's rampway structure, which allows large vehicles direct access to berths on each floor, the new facility enables shorter shipping lead times and flexible responses to demand fluctuations. It is also equipped with raised-floor platform loading docks, 24/7 manned security and surveillance cameras, and air-conditioning systems, all part of a robust configuration designed to provide the stringent quality control and security required for semiconductor-related cargo.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman Kawamoto declared: "We will be contributing to the development of Taiwan's semiconductor industry, further enhancing the NX Group's presence, and seeking continued growth through this Tainan NEXT11 Warehouse as we maximize our logistics capabilities to create high value for our customers."
The NX Group will continue strengthening its logistics functions to keep pace with the Taiwanese market's anticipated growth and leveraging its global logistics network to provide worldwide support for its customers' supply chains.

Questions around this news
Where is the Tainan NEXT11 Warehouse located, and when did it begin operations?
The warehouse is in Tainan, southern Taiwan, within the Tainan Sinshih Logistics Park. NX Taiwan said it began full-scale operations in January 2026. The park is near the Southern Taiwan Science Park and has access to expressways and major industrial parks.
What features are intended to support semiconductor-related cargo at the warehouse?
The facility has raised-floor platform loading docks, air-conditioning, round-the-clock staffed security and surveillance cameras. NX Taiwan says these features are part of a setup intended to meet the quality-control and security needs of semiconductor-related shipments. The warehouse also uses the park’s rampway design to support access for large vehicles.
How can a rampway structure affect warehouse operations?
A rampway can let vehicles reach loading areas on different floors, rather than requiring all freight to be handled at a single ground-level dock. This can give operators more options for moving cargo through a facility. In this release, the warehouse’s rampway provides large vehicles direct access to berths on each floor, which NX Taiwan says can shorten shipping lead times and help it respond to changing demand.
What does NX Taiwan say it plans to achieve with the new warehouse?
NX Taiwan said it aims to support the development of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry and strengthen the NX Group’s presence through the new facility. The company also said the group will continue developing its logistics functions to keep pace with anticipated growth in Taiwan and use its global logistics network to support customers’ supply chains worldwide.
