(President: Satoshi Horikiri; hereinafter, "NXHD"), has reviewed and re-identified material issues to be addressed in enhancing corporate value and resolving social issues with the aim of achieving the NX GROUP's long-term vision of becoming a logistics company with a strong presence in the global market.
NXHD has newly identified developing and enhancing sustainable solutions as a material issue relevant to its business and will promote the creation of economic value as part of its Sustainability Vision. The Company has also made clear its commitment to engaging in responsible corporate activities to ensure respect for human rights, a material issue that has long been a focus for NXHD.
Taking on digital transformation (DX) has been positioned as an engine for pursuing material issues, and the wording of material issues have been changed to facilitate understanding and help promote sustainability management by the NX GROUP as a whole.
