IOI Corporation Berhad (IOI) received three coveted awards at the third Employee Experience Awards (EXA) in Malaysia for exemplifying leadership coaching and employee learning. We won gold in Best Executive Coaching Programme, in addition to clinching two silver awards in Best Succession Planning Strategy and Best Soft Skills Training Programme respectively.

The Employee Experience Awards is the only peer-reviewed human resource (HR) awards which are evaluated by a jury of accomplished HR professionals across Asia.
