In line with Frasers Property’s commitment to deliver sustainable and future-ready industrial assets, SPX’s new facility at Frasers Property Logistics Center (Mahachai) will be developed to meet LEED Gold standards, integrating green design principles and energy-efficient systems such as a design that maximises natural daylight, a rooftop with solar photovoltaics, LED lighting and water-saving sanitary fixtures.
