Bringing a revolutionary, full immersion cinematic experience to Innaloo, Perth

February 6, 2025 -- Western Australia’s first 4DX auditorium has launched at Event Cinemas Innaloo, providing a cinematic experience that stimulates all five senses.

Officially opened this month, the brand new 4DX auditorium features 128 high-tech moving seats and over 21 special effects, including wind, fog, water and scents, that synchronise perfectly with the on-screen action to ensure full immersion in the film and a unique way to experience films like never before. 

Cinemagoers of all ages have been enjoying the ocean spray from Moana’s wayfinding, the roar of Mufasa, the hard-fought battles in Gladiator II and the wild, windy adventures of Paddington in Peru. 

The opening of 4DX at Event Cinemas Innaloo provides further premium cinema experiences for Perth locals, alongside its Original, V-Max and Gold Class cinema offerings.
