September 9, 2025 -- On 1st September 2025, Atturra announced that its subsidiary, Cirrus Network Holdings Pty Ltd, had completed the acquisition of Blue Connections. Blue Connections has been providing IT solutions and managed services since 1997. Its impressive Melbourne facilities include an experience centre, training centre, configuration zone and warehouse. It has a highly skilled team specialising in services, delivering end-to-end solutions including traditional on premises infrastructure, virtualisation, consolidation, and disaster recovery and a full managed services offering.

CEO of Atturra, Stephen Kowal, said:
“The acquisition of Blue Connections will significantly enhance Atturra’s credentials as a leading provider in managed services. It will strengthen Atturra’s service capabilities, while expanding its client base and portfolio of offerings. Notably, Blue Connections’ client roster has minimal overlap with Atturra’s, providing an opportunity to broaden Atturra’s revenue streams and market reach.

This acquisition aligns with Atturra’s strategic focus on its commitment to scaling its managed services capabilities. It will also establish a key operational hub for the business in Victoria, supporting continued national expansion.

We welcome Gordon Brownell and the Blue Connections team to Atturra and look forward to working closely with them to integrate the business into Atturra”

CEO of Blue Connections, Gordon Brownell said:
“Leading Blue Connections has been the greatest privilege of my career, and I’m incredibly proud of our team and the partnerships we’ve built. Joining Atturra marks an exciting new chapter for the business, our customers and for me personally. Being part of a group with such depth of expertise, scale, and shared values means we can accelerate growth, create even greater value for our customers and partners, and open new opportunities for our people.

Personally, I’m energised to continue this journey within the Atturra group and contribute to shaping the future together.”
